Goodmorning! It's a sunny day here in the Netherlands so perfect for a tropical style breakfast. Got some mangos at the market this week and decided to make this absolutely delicious parfait! So good! Makes me want that it's summer even more!

English recipe:

Duration: 5 minutes

The ingredients:

• 1 mango
• 1 banana
• 250 g quark or Greek yoghurt
• 1 tbs mix red fruit

What you do:

1. Cut the mango into pieces and put 3/4 in your blender together with half of the banana. Mix until it's a smooth mango puree.
2. Put the mango puree aside and blend in the same blender (without cleaning it) the quark with the rest of the banana. 
3. Make your parfait! Start with a layer of banana quark, followed by mango puree, banana quark and mango puree. Top with the rest of the mango chunks and some red fruit.

Nederlands recept - Magnifieke Mango Parfait:

Tijd: 5 minuten

De ingrediënten:

• 1 mango
• 1 banaan
• 250 g kwark
• 1 el rood fruit

Bereiding:

1. Snijd de mango in stukjes (handige video over hoe mango te snijden) en blend 3/4 van de mango met een halve banaan tot een gladde puree.
2. Zet de mango puree aan de kant en meng in dezelfde blender zonder schoon te maken de rest van de banaan met de kwark.
3. Maak je parfait! Begin met een laagje banaan-kwark gevolgd door mango puree, banaan kwark en eindig met mango puree. Top met de rest van de mango stukjes en wat rood fruit mix.

Eet smakelijk!
